Today:
1) You received a letter to take to your parents/guardians re: the Canadian Test for Basic Skills coming up Wednesday, December 2, 2009.
2) We received a visit from Cycle 1 Leadership students informing us about the free help available online at LEARN.
3) In pairs, you brainstormed your ideas about the pros and cons about the journey from child to teen to young adult.

24TH CLASS - REMEMBRANCE DAY - POSTCARDS FOR PEACE

Today:
1) We read a newspaper that had all kinds of articles from past to present. It was a good reminder of what Rembrance Day is all about.
2) You received a postcard to write a message on that will be sent to soldiers in battle.
Next class Friday, November 13 (Day 10): I will collect any remaining postcards.
